Dům umění a folkloru v Kyjově

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá přestavbou stávajícího kulturního domu v Kyjově. Cílem práce je vytvořit urbanistický návrh území v poloze u Masarykova náměstí a vhodné zakomponování s polohou domu odsazeného od uliční čáry. Urbanistické řešení vychází z vytvoření ohniska na náměstí, s tím souvisí přesun vlakového nádraží. Tímto se dům přesouvá do centra dění. Dále vychází z doplnění ploch zeleně v blízkosti náměstí - výrazný solitér domu stojí v zahradě, Kyjovka se stává místem pro rekreaci. Navrhovaný dům zahrnuje kulturní funkce s hlavním podílem divadelního a společenského sálu a knihovny.

This diploma thesis deals with reconstruction of the contemporary House of Arts in Kyjov. The target of the thesis is to create an urban plan of the area nearby Masaryk's square, so that this area becomes a fully-fledged part of the town. Urban solution counts with relocation of train station and giving the center its original significance. And so the building becomes a real center of life. Moreover, it enriches the town public places with green - a distinctive building is placed in a garden, the bank of the river - Kyjovka becomes a place for relaxation. In addition to that, cultural functions are included - main part is to be given to theater hall, social hall and a library.
