Návrh využití areálu bývalého dolu Petr Bezruč, Slezská Ostrava

Abstract

Řešení bakalářské práce je návrh využití areálu bývalého dolu Petr Bezruč ve Slezské Ostravě. Práce spočívá v analýze území a jeho přilehlého okolí. Návrh vhodné zástavby s ohledem na územní plán a okolní funkce. Řešení ve dvou variantách, z kterých je jedna vypracována podrobně a to ekonomická náročnost, technická a dopravní infrastruktura. Součástí návrhu je i vizualizace území. Návrh probíhal s ohledem na územní plán obce, limity území, dodržení platných norem a legislativních předpisů.

An object of the thesis is the Design of revitalization of Petr Bezruč colliery, Slezská Ostrava. Thesis analyzes and solving this territory due to adjacent area. Problem is solve in two variants regarding to municipal plan of Ostrava and surrounding features. One of two varriants is solving problem of revitalization more specifically, technical and road traffic infrastructure also economic aspects. Part of this thesis is make this area into vizualization. Every problems and suggested plans are considering with limitations, municipal plan of Ostrava, standards and applicable legistation.
