Kalkulace nákladů zařízení staveniště bytového domu

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je kalkulace nákladů zařízení staveniště bytového domu „U Radnice“ v Ostravě, ul. Horova. Obsahem této práce je vypracování studie bytového domu, položkového rozpočtu stavby, bilance hlavních zdrojů na výstavbu, návrh stavebních strojů, časového plánu stavby ve formě řádkového harmonogramu, návrhu zařízení staveniště a srovnání individuální kalkulace nákladů zařízení staveniště s doporučenou procentuální sazbou z celkové ceny díla. Počet stran bakalářské práce je 98 a přílohy.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the costing equipment of construction site of apartment buildings ,,U Radnice,, in Ostrava, str. Horova. The content of the bachelor thesis is the working out of study of the apartment buildings, the itemized quantity survey, the balance of main source for building, design of machina mechanization, the time plan of the building in line flow chart form, the design of source for the building and the comparison individual costing of the source with the recommended percentage rate of the total price of the work.
