Územní studie lokalit Z5 a Z7 , Kravaře

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování územní studie v rámci urbanistického řešení a navržení možného prostorového uspořádání zastavitelných ploch Z5 a Z7, které se nachází v severní části Kravař. Řešení obsahuje novou zástavbu rodinných domů a řadových rodinných domů. Studie je zpracována s ohledem na charakter a stávající strukturu okolní zástavby a s ohledem na územní plán města Kravaře. Obsahuje tři urbanistické varianty řešení, z nichž jedna zvolená varianta je poté řešena detailně z hlediska technické a dopravní infrastruktury a veřejného prostranství. Zvolený urbanistický návrh obsahuje komplexní řešení na rozvržení zástavby pro dané území, návrh komunikací, dopravy, veřejného prostranství a plochu pro sport a relaxaci.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to formulate a territorial study in the frame of the urban solution and design of possible spatial layout of buildable areas Z5 and Z7, which are situated in the northern part of Kravaře. The solution contains a new development of family houses and detached houses. The study is executed in consideration of the character and the existing structure of the surrounding development and the Master plan of Kravaře at the same time. It includes three urban solution variants, the one of which is thoroughly examined in the terms of technical and transport infrastructure and public spaces. The chosen urban variant contains the complex suggestion of the layout in the above-mentioned area, concept, drafts of communications, transport, public spaces and sport plus leisure time areas.
