Přístavba sýrárny k ekofarmě, Padělky u Kobeřic

Abstract

Úkolem bakalářské práce byl návrh přístavby sýrárny – průmyslové budovy v areálu nově budovaného agroturistického a ekologického centra Padělky nedaleko obce Kobeřice, v oblasti Hlučínska – historického území rozděleného mezi okresy Ostrava a Opava v Moravskoslezském kraji, na hranici s Polskem. Cílem bylo vytvoření objektu, který svým charakterem nenaruší stávající krajinný a vesnický ráz statku a který se začlení do celkového konceptu oživení turistického ruchu v stagnující oblasti pohraničí společně s vytvořením nových pracovních příležitostí pro zdejší obyvatelstvo. Vzniklý objekt využívá moderní technologie spolu s ekologickými materiály s ohledem na environmentální stopu, a tím nenarušuje krajinný ráz blízkého okolí.

Maximální důraz byl kladen na výběr přírodních materiálů, jednoduchost, přehlednost a kompaktní rozměry. První část se zabývá architektonickou studií stavby, druhá část se věnuje pozemnímu stavitelství a ve třetí části jsou řešeny problematické konstrukční detaily objektu.

The task of this thesis was to design the annex of cheese factory – an industrial building in the newly making up agroturism and organic center Padělky near the village Kobeřice , in Hlučínsko - historical territory divided between the districts of Ostrava and Opava, in the Moravian-Silesian region , on the border with Poland. The aim was to create an object which does not disturb the existing landscape and rural character of the farm and that would be integrated into the overall concept of tourism revival in the border areas sluggish together with the creation of new job opportunities for the local population. The resulting object uses modern technology and eco-friendly materials with regard to its environmental impact, so it does not affect the landscape character of the surrounding area. Maximum emphasis was given on selecting natural materials , simplicity , clarity and compactness. The first part deals with the architectural study of bulding , the second part focuses on building constructions and in the third section are solving the problematic construction details of the object .
