Nařízení evropského parlamentu a rady (EU) č. 305/2011 a jeho adaptace do národního práva ČR s vlivem na požární bezpečnost staveb

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku uvádění stavebních výrobků na trh Evropské Unie. Osvětluje důvody vzniku a vývoj právního řádu, který tuto problematiku řídí. Popisuje vznik Nařízení evropského parlamentu a rady (EU) č. 305/2011, jeho cíle a ustanovení. Uvádí nutnost reakce českého národního práva na toto evropské nařízení a ovlivnění českého právního řádu i celého systému uvedení stavebního výrobku na trh.

This diploma thesis deal with the issue placing of construction products to the EU market. Illuminates the reasons for the emergence and development of the rule of law, which governed this issue. It describes the formation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 305/2011, its objectives and provisions. Response indicates the need of the Czech national law on the regulation of European, influence and the Czech legal order and system placing a construction product on the market.
