Revitalizace panelového domu, technologický postup provádění tepelné izolace ploché střechy

Abstract

Cílem této práce je navrhnout úpravy objektu pro celkovou revitalizaci obálky budovy. Úpravami dojde k dosažení tepelně technických požadavků na budovy. Revitalizace objektu se bude skládat z výměny oken a vstupních dveří, demontáže balkonu a jeho nahrazení předsazenými lodžiemi, zateplením fasády objektu, novým okapovým chodníkem a revitalizací střechy. Pro tento objekt jsou navrženy dvě varianty revitalizace střechy. První varianta je s odstraněním původních vrstev střešního pláště a provedení nových souvrství. Druhá varianta je s ponecháním původních vrstev střešního pláště doplněných tepelnou izolací a hydroizolací. Práce se skládá z technické zprávy, výkresové dokumentace, tepelně technického posouzení, rozpočtu a harmonogramu prací. Na závěr budou obě varianty ploché střechy porovnány.

The objective of this thesis is to propose the modification of building for general revitalization of the building envelope. Modifications will achieve the thermo-technical requirements for buildings. Revitalization of the building will be consist of replacement windows and entrance doors, disassembly the balcony and replacement with hanging loggias, facade insulation of building, new gutter and revitalization of roof. For this building are designed two variants of roof revitalization. First one contains removing the original roof layers and implementation new layers. The second variant is to keep the original roof layers and supplemented them with waterproofing. The Thesis consists of technical report, drawings, thermo-technical assessment, budget and work schedule. At the end of thesis will be both variants of flat roof compared.
