Studie využití ploch jižně od ul. Generála Sochora pro nízkopodlažní bydlení v Ostravě-Porubě

Abstract

Předmětem práce je studie vhodného využití volných ploch a jejich funkčního uspořádání při zastavění objekty občanské i bytové výstavby. Návrh je vypracován ve dvou variantách, jedna je úsporná z pohledu investičních potřeb, druhá technicky náročnější. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení vlivu návrhu na bydlení, na způsob dopravní obslužnosti, na změny veřejné zeleně s jejím maximálním zachováním, návrh městského mobiliáře, propočet finanční náročnosti obou variant a návrh statické dopravy.

The subject of the work is a study of the appropriate use of free surfaces and their functional organization in development activities in the civil and housing construction. The proposal is drawn up in two variants, one is efficient from the perspective of investment needs, the other technically more demanding. Part of the work is to assess the impact of the proposal on housing, on the way to transport services, on changes to the public green space with its maximum preservation, design of urban furniture, estimate the financial cost of the two variants and the design of static traffic.
