| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je návrh rekonstrukce primárního uzlu drcení.
Tato práce řeší popis a vyhodnocení současného zastaralého a již nevyhovujícího stavu primárního uzlu drcení. Dále pak návrh na rekonstrukci a modernizaci tohoto technologického uzlu. Toto navrhované řešení by mělo pomoci dosáhnout optimálního vyvážení výkonu výroby primárního a sekundárního uzlu drcení z důvodu absence tunelové skládky mezi těmito uzly. Úpravou by mělo dojít ke snížení prostojů sekundárního uzlu drcení, které se v současné době vyskytují, a tím ke zvýšení výkonu celé technologické linky.
Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení technicko-ekonomického a ekologického přínosu navrhovaného řešení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The present bachelor thesis is aimed to design the primary crushing node reconstruction.
The thesis describes and evaluates the current obsolete and no longer satisfying condition of the primary crushing node. The designed reconstruction and upgrade of this technology node are also covered. The proposed solution is supposed to help achieve the optimum balancing of the primary and secondary crushing nodes´ outputs due to the absence of the tunnel stockyard between these nodes. The modification should result in reducing the secondary crushing node down times which currently occur, while increasing the overall technology line output.
The technical-economic and environmental benefits of the proposed solution are evaluated at the end of the thesis. | en |
