Řešení rekultivace vnitřní výsypky lomu ČSA – III. etapa

Abstract

Účelem této bakalářské práce je řešení rekultivace vnitřní výsypky lomu ČSA – III. etapa, ve které postupně shrnu historii samotného lomu ČSA až po současnost. Těžba uhlí neodmyslitelně přináší řadu pozitivních ekonomických přínosů pro samotný těžební průmysl, ale taktéž i řadu negativních projevů, mezi něž řadíme například devastaci krajiny. Rekultivační procesy mají za cíl v území vytvořit nové uskupení krajiny, není tomu jinak ani zde. Nově vzniklá krajina by měla do budoucna vyhovovat společensko-ekonomickým zájmům a zároveň by měla plnit podstatnou část hospodářské funkce, a to v zemědělství, v lesním hospodářství a zároveň musí podpořit primární funkci přírodní krajiny. To vše musí být řešeno v rámci platné legislativy včetně následného řešení rekultivačních procesů samotné rekultivace vnitřní výsypky lomu ČSA. Rekultivační činnost vnitřní výsypky bude, řešena etapou biologické rekultivace – ostatní rekultivace, která je řešena v 11 dílčích územích.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to solve the restoration of the inner dump of the quarry ČSA – III. phase, in which I will easily summarize the history of the quarry ČSA itself to the present day. Coal mining inherently brings many positive economic benefits for the mining industry itself, but also a number of negative impacts, e.g. landscape devastation. The aim of the restoration is to create in an area a brand new landscape cluster, and it is not an exception here. The newly formed landscape should suit the social economic interests and also should perform a substantial part of an economic use, namely the agriculture and forestry, and also has to support the primary function of the natural landscape. All the above mentioned have to be handled within the valid legislation including the following solution of the restoration of the inner dump of ČSA quarry itself. Restoration activity of the inner dump will be solved by the biological restoration phase-other restoration, that is solved in 11 sectional areas.
