Informační systém datových schránek u okresního soudu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Informační systém datových schránek u okresního soudu“ analyzuje zavádění datových schránek u Okresního soudu v Chomutově včetně funkčnosti datových schránek v informačních systémech soudů z pohledu uživatele. V teoretické části jsou popsány stěžejní informační systémy okresních soudů, které komunikují s datovými schránkami. V praktické části je zhodnocen průběh zavádění datových schránek u Okresního soudu v Chomutově provedení analýzy funkčnosti systému datových schránek, včetně jednotlivých kladných i záporných stavů tohoto procesu. V závěrečné části jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro zefektivnění procesu elektronizace justice v ČR.

Bachelor thesis "Information System of Data Boxes at the district court" analyzes the implementation of data boxes functionality at the District Court in Chomutov including data boxes in the information systems of courts from the user's perspective. The theoretical section describes the key information systems of the district courts, which communicate with data boxes. The practical part evaluates the progress of implementation of data boxes at the District Court in Chomutov analyzing the functionality of the data boxes system, including various positive and negative conditions of this process. The final section provides suggestions and recommendations for streamlining the process of computerization of justice in Czech Republic.
