Tato diplomová zpracovává téma Talent management jako součást firemní strategie ve společnosti Démos trade, a.s. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky z oblasti lidských zdrojů v podniku s důrazem na řízení talentů. V druhé praktické části je vytvořena koncepce talent managementu ve společnosti Démos trade, a.s.

This diploma thesis deals with the Talent management as a part of corporate strategy in Démos trade, a.s. The work id divided into two parts. The first is focused on theoretical knowledge in the field of human resources in the company with an emphasis on talent management. In the second practical part is created the concept of talent management in Démos trade, a.s.
