Struktura podniků působících v automobilovém průmyslu v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování a popis struktury podniků působících v automobilovém průmyslu v Moravskoslezském kraji. Celá bakalářská práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska. Mezi tato patří historický vývoj managementu kvality, vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se managementu kvality a požadavky na management kvality. Ve druhé části je popsán historický vývoj automobilového průmyslu, dále jsou charakterizována specifika organizací působících v oblasti automobilového průmyslu z pohledu managementu kvality, součásti jsou proto i normy, kterými se tyto společnosti řídí. Ve třetí části jsou identifikovány podniky působící v automobilovém průmyslu v Moravskoslezském kraji a jejich struktura. Ve čtvrté části jsou vybrané podniky blíže charakterizovány, a to se zaměřením na výrobu pro automobilový průmysl. Pátá kapitola představuje závěr, ve kterém jsou shrnuty výsledky bakalářské práce.

The aim of the thesis is to describe structure and location of the companies in the automotive industry occurring in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The whole thesis is subdivided into four sections. The first section is dedicated to the theoretical basis. There belongs the historical development of quality management, clarification of the basic terms and quality management requirements. The second section is focused on the historical development of the automotive industry and the description of the specifics of the companies in the automotive industry in terms of quality management. The standards, applied in those companies, are also mentioned in here. The third section is devoted to identification and structure of the companies in the automotive industry in Moravian-Silesian Region. The fourth section is concerned with the selected companies specified in detail, primarily focused on production in the automotive industry. The fifth section represents the conclusion that incorporates the results of the thesis.
