Návrh konstrukčních úprav teplotního simulátoru StudentCar

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukční úpravy teplotního simulátoru StudentCar. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a experimentální část.

Teoretická část bakalařské práce obsahuje technologie ochlazování, a přenos tepla. V druhé části teorie jsou popsány metody úpravy chladicího systému teplotního simulátoru StudentCar, které vedou k dokonalejší simulaci metod ochlazování materiálu.

Experimentální část zahrnuje pracovní postup testování teplotního cyklu ochlazování na teplotním simulátoru StudentCar a následně vykreslené grafy ze simulace ochlazování materiálu před úpravou chladicího systému a po úpravě.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the structural changes of the temperature simulator StudentCar. The work is divided into theoretical and experimental part.

The theoretical part contains a description of the properties of steel at cooling both by hardening and heat transfers between different materials. The second part describes the theory of the adjustment method of the cooling system temperature simulator StudentCar that lead to improved methods for simulating cooling of the material.

The experimental part includes workflow testing temperature cycle cooling the temperature simulator StudentCar and subsequently plotted graphs of simulation cooling of the material before adjusting cooling system and after treatment.
