Firemní kultura a její role ve strategii podniku

Abstract

Cílem této práce je vysvětlit pojem firemní kultura, charakterizovat prvky firemní kultury a uvést vnější a vnitřní faktory, které na firmu působí. Dále se práce zabývá znaky silné a slabé firemní kultury a pojmy strategické řízení a strategická analýza, včetně souvislostí vyplývající ze vztahu mezi firemní kulturou a strategií.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to explain the term “company culture”, to describe the elements of company culture and to present the outer and inner factors which have effect on a company. The thesis also deals with the features of strong and weak company culture, with strategic management and strategic analysis including the connection following from a relationship between company culture and strategy.
