| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat výhodnost financování pomocí leasingu, úvěru a koupí za hotové peníze. Teoretickou část charakterizují základní pojmy a definice leasingu a úvěru. Praktická část se věnuje porovnáním jednotlivých forem financování majetku pomocí metody čisté výhody leasingu a metody diskontovaných výdajů na leasing a úvěr s ohledem na další kritéria. Na základě těchto kritérií je navrženo konkrétní řešení. | cs |
