Mazání turbokompresoru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem mazacího agregátu turbokompresoru. První část se věnuje zadání mazacího agregátu a podrobně popisuje požadavky zákazníka. Poté přechází k problematice provozu turbín a turbokompresorů, kde popisuje způsoby jejich mazání. V praktické části přistupuje k samotnému návrhu mazacího agregátu, kde jsou provedeny veškeré technické a projekční výpočty. Na základě těchto výpočtů jsou navrženy hydraulické prvky agregátu i spolu s potrubím. V páté kapitole je zpracovaný kompletní projekt mazacího agregátu. Projekt byl zpracovaný v 3D programu SOLIDWORKS, ve kterém byla vyprojektovaná nádrž i s celým příslušenstvím mazacího agregátu. Funkce mazacího agregátu je zde podrobně popsána i spolu s jednotlivými technickými řešeními. Nakonec je uveden návod na obsluhu a údržbu mazacího agregátu spolu s principielními schématy. V příloze diplomové práce je funkční schéma, specifikace prvků, motorová listina, výkresy nádrže, rámu, potrubí a sestavné výkresy mazacího agregátu.

This thesis describes the design of lubrication aggregate of turbocompressor. The first part is focused on assignment of the lubrication aggregate and describes in detail there quirements of the customer. Then the thesis turns to the isme of turbines and compressors operation, where the methods of lubricationare described. In the practical part the thesis gets to the design of lubrication aggregate, where all the technical and project calculations are made.Based on these calculations there are designed the hydraulic elements of the aggregate together with the piping. In the fifth charter there is treated the entire project of lubrication aggregate. The project was made in the 3D in the SOLIDWORKS software, in which there was designed the tank with all the accessories of the lubrication aggregate. There is the fiction of the lubricating aggregate described in detail also with individual technical solutions. At last, there is given the operation a maintenance manual on lubrication aggregate along with principal diagrams. In annex of the thesis there is a functional diagram, assembler drawings of lubrication aggregate.
