Abstract

Náplní mé diplomové práce je návrh zavěšení předního kola soutěžního vozidla Škoda Favorit sk. A. Celá práce se dá rozdělit do několika základních částí. V úvodní teoretické části popisuji zmiňované vozidlo, jeho historii a především význam jednotlivých součástí přední nápravy. Dále se zabývám výpočtem zatěžujících sil v zavěšení kola. Další část je věnována návrhu konstrukce spodního ramene předního zavěšení. Pevnostní kontrola je provedena metodou konečných prvků, kde jsou vstupem právě vypočtené síly. V závěru práce je uvedeno celkové zhodnocení úprav, materiálová a finanční náročnost. Součásti příloh je kompletní výkresová dokumentace navrženého řešení a výstupy z pevnostní kontroly.

This thesis focuses on a design of the Škoda Favorit Gr. A’s front wheel suspension. The whole thesis is divided into several basic parts. In the introduction of the theoretical part, the mentioned vehicle is described, its history and, above all, the meaning of the particular parts of the front suspension. Further, the calculation of the load force in the wheel suspension is dealt with. The next part concentrates on a design of the lower suspension arm. The strength check is made using the finite element method, where the forces calculated are the input. In the last part of the thesis, the total evaluation of the adjustment is included, together with material and financial demands. The complete drawings of the designed solution are included in the enclosures, as are the outputs of the strength check.
