dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou presnosti obrábacích strojov, v tomto prípade CNC frézky. V úvode diplomovej práce je spracovaná teória a základná problematika presnosti a jej merania, vrátane presnosti obrábania na strojoch. Hlavnú časť práce tvorí experimentálna časť, ktorá sa zaoberá diagnostikou CNC frézky pomocou meracieho prístroja Ballbar QC20-W od firmy Renishaw. Na základe praktických meraní boli stanovené závery k jednotlivým meraniam. Výsledky meraní v podobe grafov a odchýlok kruhovitosti
sú uvedené v elektronickej forme na CD. | cs |
dc.description.abstract | The Master´s thesis deals with the problematic of machine tools accuracy, in this case, a CNC milling machine. The theory as well as the basic issues of accuracy of its measurement, including a precision machining, is elaborated in the introduction. The main part of the Master´s thesis consists of experimental part, which deals with a diagnosis of CNC milling machine using a Ballbar QC20-W measuring instrument from the Renishaw company. Conclusions on individual measurements were specified on the basis of practical anlysis.
Its results in the form of graphs and circularity deviations are indicated in an electronic form on a CD. | en |
