Optimalizace výrobního procesu výroby armatur

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci výrobního procesu výroby armatur. Zabývá se analýzou současného stavu výroby na základě vybraného představitele. Hlavním úkolem této práce je najít řešení pro zkrácení výrobního času a celkové efektivity výroby. V úvodní části práce je popsán současný stav výroby, rozbor a výběr typové výrobní zakázky. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na návrh řešení optimálního výrobního procesu, jeho výhody či nevýhody a časovou náročnost. Na závěr je vybrána optimální varianta řešení.

The thesis is focused on the optimization of the production process of the production of valves. It deals with the analysis of the current state of production on the basis of the selected representative. The main task of this work is to find a solution for shortening the production time and overall production efficiency. In the introductory part of the thesis is described the current status of production, analysis and selection of the type of production orders. Other chapters are focused on design solutions for the optimum manufacturing process, its advantages or disadvantages and time consuming. The conclusion is selected in the optimal variant of the solution.
