Analýza metod měření přesnosti železničních náprav

Abstract

Zpracovaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy metod měření náprav pro železniční dvojkolí s důrazem na problematiku měření geometrií. Teoretická část popisuje metody měření geometrií a jejich definice podle mezinárodní normy ČSN EN ISO 1101. V experimentální části byla proměřena železniční náprava. Měření bylo uskutečněno na souřadnicovém měřícím stroji Wenzel LH 1512 a měřící stanici Amest KS 578 ve firmě Bonatrans Group a.s. Cílem této práce je analýza současného stavu a způsobů měření jednotlivých geometrií železničních náprav.

This thesis deals with the analysis of railway axle accuracy measuring methods, with particular focus on geometry measurement. The theoretical part describes geometry measuring methods and their definition according to the ČSN EN ISO 1101 international norm. In the practical part, a railway axle was measured. The measurement was carried out on the coordinate measuring machine Wenzel LH 1512 and measuring station Amest KS 578 in Bonatrans Group company. The aim of the thesis is analysis of current state and assessment of possible ways of geometry measurement of railway axles.
