Abstract

MAJER, M. Konstrukční návrh CNC laseru pro modeláře: bakalářská práce. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta strojní, Katedra výrobních strojů a konstruování, 2015, 43s. Vedoucí práce: Kubín T. Tato práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem CNC laseru pro modeláře s výkonem do 50 W. V úvodu je popis CNC laseru a typy používaných laseru v průmyslu. Dále pak produkty aktuálně nabízené na trhu a jejich vzájemné porovnání. V samotné konstrukční části jsou řešeny různé konstrukční varianty a možnosti, v závěru kapitoly je pak vyhodnoceno to nejvhodnější řešení pro výslednou konstrukci. Následující kapitola detailně popisuje hlavní konstrukční prvky. V poslední kapitole jsou provedeny nezbytné kontrolní a návrhové výpočty. V příloze je sestavný výkres celého laseru, sestavný výkres rámu a výrobní výkresy vybraných dílů.

The bachelor thesis deals with a constructional draft of the CNC laser for model makers with the power up to 50 W. The opening part describes the CNC laser and other types of used lasers in industry. The products which are currently offered on the market and their comparison follows. In the design part itself it is dealt with various constructional variations and options. In the end of the design part, the best solution to the resulting construction. The next chapter describes the main design elements in great details. In the final chapter the unnecessary checking and suggesting calculations are made. There are drawn up design of the whole laser, drawn up design of the frame and manufacturing designs of chosen parts in the attachment.
