Naklápěcí plošina pro zkoušky automobilů

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout hydraulický obvod pro naklápěcí plošinu automobilové zkušebny. Vypočítat veškeré potřebné silové účinky na hydraulický motor, který má zvedat plošinu do všech čtyř stran až do úhlů 45°. Vybrat typ a navrhnout parametry hydraulického motoru. Vytvořit nákres hydraulického obvodu plošiny ve vhodném programu s návodem na obsluhu a údržbu zařízení. Vybrat typ plynulé regulace a vytvořit obvod se všemi potřebnými komponenty.

The subject of this thesis is to propose a hydraulic circuit for tilting platform of automotive laboratory. Calculate all relevant force effects on the hydraulic engine, which would lift the platform in all directions up to 45 degrees. Select the type and design of the hydraulic parameters of the engine. Draw a sketch of the hydraulic circuit of the platform in an appropriate program with instructions for handling and maintenance of the equipment. Select the type of fluent regulation and create a circuit with all the necessary components.
