Dynamika mechanismu průmyslové pračky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dynamikou pohybu průmyslové pračky. Hlavním úkolem této práce je vytvoření MKP modelu mechanismu pračky a zjištění jeho dynamických vlastností a rozkmitu v provozních podmínkách. V úvodu práce je popsán historický vývoj praček. V práci je také spočítán příklad analytického řešení podobné úlohy. Poté jsou v jedné kapitole popsány jednotlivé součásti mechanismu pračky. Následující kapitola se zabývá vytvořením modelu pro komerční výpočetní software ANSYS Workbench 15.0, ve kterém bude model analyzován. V dalších dvou kapitolách jsou popsány všechny prováděné analýzy a jejich výsledky. V poslední kapitole je vyhodnocení celé práce.

The thesis deals with the dynamics of the mechanism of the washing machine. The main task of this thesis is creating FEM model of the mechanism of the washing machine and finding out its dynamics characteristics and amplitude in operating conditions. In introduction of the thesis historical development of washing machine is described. An example of analytical solution of a similar task is also calculated in thesis. Each component of mechanism of the washing machine is described. Following chapter deals with creating model for commercial computational software ANSYS Workbench 15.0, in which the model will be analyzed. In next chapters all conducted analysis and their results are described. In the last chapter is evaluation of the whole thesis.
