Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám postupem soukromé bezpečnostní služby zajišťující bezpečný průběh plánované kulturní akce. V první kapitole se věnuji historii a současnosti soukromých bezpečnostních služeb, základním právním předpisům činnosti soukromých bezpečnostních služeb, vztahu mezi Policii České republiky a obecní policii. Ve druhé kapitole popisuji základní informace o plánované kulturní akci a stávající stav fyzické ochrany Bonver arény. V další kapitole identifikuji, analyzuji a hodnotím rizika pomocí technik posuzování rizik, které mohou nastat na plánované kulturní akci. Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje pokyny pro účastníky akce, ošetření následujících rizik a spolupráci mezi ostatními bezpečnostními složkami.

In my bachelor thesis deals with the process of private security services to ensure the safe running of the planned cultural events. The first chapter is devoted to the history and present of private security services, the basic legislation of private security services, the relationship between the Czech Police and municipal police. In the second chapter describes the basic information about the planned cultural events and current status of physical protection Bonver arena. In the next chapter identifies, analyzes and evaluates risks through risk assessment techniques that may occur on the planned cultural event. The final chapter contains instructions for the participants, treatment of these risks and cooperation between other security forces.
