Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší téma návrhu bytových domů se startovacími byty v lokalitě Pod Vitališovem v Jablunkově. Na základě průzkumu technických a urbanistických podmínek v území byly navrženy dvě varianty ve formě územní studie. Na základě zhodnocení variant byla vybrána varianta č.1 a ta byla dopracována podrobněji. Práce tedy bude obsahovat urbanistický návrh, návrh připojení objektu na vedení technické infrastruktury, vyřešení dopravních vazeb a orientační ekonomický propočet. Výsledný návrh bude zobrazen ve vizualizaci.

Bachelor thesis solves the topic of the draft of residential buildings with starter flats in Pod Vitališovem Jablunkov area. Based on a survey of technical and urban conditions in the area were proposed two alternatives in the urban studies form. Based on the evaluation of the variant was chosen option No.1 and it was worked out in detail. The thesis will include urban design, the connection object to the management of the technical infrastructure design, solving of the transport links and tentative economic calculation. The final draft will be displayed in the visualization.
