Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku činností nutných k znovu obnovení bytového domu po havárii. S využitím Facility managementu se technická správa bytových domů může zkvalitnit a optimalizovat své náklady na čas i peníze. Práce se zabývá údržbou budov a technickými činnostmi, které souvisí s údržbou a životností staveb. Rekapituluje pojem Facility management vzhledem k technické správě nemovitostí. Protože správa nemovitostí obsahuje mnoho činností, práce se snaží shrnout ty, které jsou nutné po havárii. Cílem je shrnout činnosti nutné k obnovení bytového domu a jeho uvedení na časovou osu a shrnutí finančních nákladů.
