Regenerace panelového sídliště Ostrava-Poruba

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout regeneraci části panelového sídliště v Ostravě - Porubě, která povede ke zhodnocení tohoto sídliště. Návrh se bude řídit podmínkami vládního nařízení 494/2000 Sb.

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na statickou a dynamickou dopravu v sídlišti, řeší pěší komunikace, vzhledy ulic a vnitrobloků včetně veřejného prostranství a ploch pro volnočasové aktivity.

Po podrobné analýze současného stavu jsem navrhnul účelné řešení pro odstranění veškerých nedostatků, které s regenerací souvisí. Toto řešení povede ke zpříjemnění života v panelovém sídlišti, při akceptování technických podmínek a norem v území.

Regenerace byla ovlivněna malým počtem parkovacích a odstavných stání. Tyto nedostatky byly řešeny přidáním parkovacího objektu a několika nových ploch pro parkování, které by uspokojili poptávku po parkovacích stáních nejen v řešeném území.

The aim of this thesis is to design regeneration of a prefab housing estate at Ostrava - Poruba, which will lead to the evaluation of this settlement. The proposal will follow the conditions of Legislative Decree 494/2000 Sb.

The thesis is to focus on static and dynamic traffic in residential areas, solves the pedestrian communication, appearance of the streets and courtyards including public spaces and areas for leisure activities.

After a detailed analysis of the current state I suggested practical solutions to address any deficiencies that are related to regeneration. This solution will lead to a more pleasant life in a tenement housing estate, while accepting the technical conditions and standards in the area.

Regeneration was influenced by not enough parking. These deficiencies have been resolved by adding parking building and several new areas for parking, which would satisfy the demand for parking lots, not only in the investigated area.
