Mostový nakladač borité rudy

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je statický posudek bočního mostového shrnovače MBSk 600 sloužícího pro rozrušování a následné odebírání borité rudy. Stroj je lokalizován v kryté hale v seizmicky aktivní oblasti Turecka. Základní geometrie a parametry stroje vyplývají z poskytnuté dokumentace firmy VITCRANE s r.o. Diplomová práce se zabývá statickým posouzením jednotlivých částí shrnovače, jejich hlavních nosných prvků a spojů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována statickému posouzení hlavního tenkostěnného uzavřeného nosníku s použitím skořepinového numerického modelu a se zohledněním geometricky a fyzikálně nelineárního chování konstrukce včetně předpokladu počáteční imperfektní konstrukce.

The subject of this thesis is a static report of the overhead loading machine MBSk 600 serving for breaking and subsequent removal of boric ore. The machine is located in the hall in a seismically active areas of Turkey. Basic geometry and machine parameters were obtained from the documentation by company VITCRANE s r.o. The thesis deals with static report of individual parts of the machine, the main structural elements and connections. Special attention is paid to the static assessment of the main beam of thin-walled closed using by shell numerical model and taking into account the geometric and physically non-linear behavior of the structure, including initial imperfect construction.
