Vliv vláken na fyzikální vlastnosti samonivelačních podlahových potěrů

Abstract

Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra stavebních hmot a diagnostiky staveb, 2015, 232 s. Vedoucí práce: Ing. Jiří Šafrata. Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem použití vláken na fyzikální vlastnosti podlahových potěrů při různém dávkování a při různých typech vláken. V teoretické části je popsán technologický postup liti cementového potěru, typy a rizika objemových změn během zrání potěru a druhy vláken, které je možné do podlahových potěrů použít. Součástí diplomové práce jsou také základní fyzikální zkoušky, zkoušky objemových změn a doplňující analýzy. Cílem práce bylo posoudit vliv použitých vláken na změnu fyzikálních vlastností cementového potěru v delším časovém úseku z hlediska objemových a pevnostních změn a jejich vzájemné porovnání.

The thesis deals with the influence of fiber on the physical properties of the leveling floor screeds based on different quantity and different kinds of fiber. In the theoretical part it is described the technological process of casting floor screeds, along with the types and risks of volume changes during its ripening and the several types of fiber, which can be used in screeds. Basic physical exams, volume change tests and additional analysis are also part of the thesis. The purpose of the thesis is an assessment of fiber's influence on changes of the physical characteristics of leveling floor screeds in long periods of time due to volume and strength changes and their comparison.
