Územní studie lokality ÚRZ 7, Ostrava – Hošťálkovice

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout funkční a prostorové využití rozvojové lokality ÚRZ 7 v Ostravě – Hošťálkovicích. Jedná se o plochu rezervy určené pro bydlení, která navazuje na zastavitelné území DK 53. Studie je zpracována s ohledem na okolní funkce a potřeby území a v souladu s regulativy územního plánu. Výsledkem této diplomové práce je komplexní urbanistický návrh řešené lokality, vypracovaný ve dvou variantách. Pro vybranou variantu je zpracován návrh dopravní a technické infrastruktury, veřejného prostranství a statické dopravy. Nedílnou součástí je i ekonomické zhodnocení.

The aim of the master thesis is to design functional and spatial utilization of the developing locality ÚRZ 7 in Ostrava – Hošťálkovice. It consists of an area reserved for housing purposes, which is connected to developable area DK 53. The study has been prepared with regard to the surrounding functions and needs of the area and with accordance to regulations of the territorial plan. The result of this thesis is a complex urban design of the area above-mentioned made in two versions. For a variant chosen, there is a transport and technical infrastructure design altogether with a public spaces and static traffic design. Economic assessment is also inseparable part of the thesis.
