Analýza bezbariérových tras v Ostravě- Porubě

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce má za cíl bezpečné a hlavně bezbariérové zpřístupnění důležité občanské vybavenosti v městské části Ostrava - Poruba, a to předně osobám s omezenou schopností pohybu nebo orientace, ale také lidem bez omezení. Práce má dvě části. První část obsahuje teoretické znalosti bezbariérových řešení, výrobky a zařízení používané na bezbariérové úpravy a informace o dotačním systému. V druhé, praktické části, se provedlo pečlivé zmapování a udělaly se průzkumy daného území. Na základě tohoto poznání byly vybrány trasy, u kterých se důkladně zjišťovaly bariéry i navrhovaly úpravy, a také trasy, kde se pouze zhodnotila bariérovost a popsaly největší nedostatky. Je splněna komplexnost, jež je základním požadavkem Národního rozvojového programu mobility pro všechny. Tato práce je koncipována dle požadavků tohoto programu a platné legislativy.

This thesis aims secure and principally barrier-free access to important public facilities in the urban district Ostrava - Poruba. It is primarily for people with limited mobility or orientation, but also people without restrictions. The work has two parts. The first part ontains theoretical knowledge barrier-free solutions, products and devices used for barrier-free adjustments and information about the subsidy system. In the second, practical part, conducted careful mapping of the territory and surveys were made. On the basis of this knowledge were selected routes, where are thoroughly investigated the barriers and proposed adjustments, and another routes where only reviewed the barriers and described the greatest defects. it meets complexity, which is a basic requirement of the National Development Programme Mobility for All. This thesis is designed according to the requirements of this program and the applicable legislation.
