Řízení bezpečnosti organizace pomocí systémového řízení procesů

Abstract

V současnosti jsou kladeny stále větší požadavky na zajištění komplexní bezpečnosti v organizaci, která má být v souladu s právním rámcem a vnitřními směrnicemi a musí být možná kontrola všech přijatých opatření. Tedy zajištění komplexní bezpečnosti tak, aby zaměstnanci v top managementu, kteří nemají odborné povědomí o jednotlivých oblastech bezpečnosti, mohli s jistotou kontrolovat práci svých (podřízených) pracovníků a tím chránit nejen jejich zdraví a životy, ale také majetek mateřské organizace a zajistit kladný hospodářský výsledek. Dizertační práce se zabývá návrhem metodického postupu zajištění bezpečnosti organizace z pohledu vnějších i vnitřních vlivů (rizik) z různých oblastí působících na organizaci. Analýzou rizik vyplývajících z procesů probíhajících v organizaci, se na základě současného právního rámce zabývají všechny organizace, ať už prostřednictvím odborně způsobilé osobě k zajišťování úkolů v prevenci rizik, nebo osob odborně znalých problematiky. Ostatní rizika, která nevyplývají z procesů probíhajících v organizaci, doposud nebyla řešena. Velkým opěrným bodem této dizertační práce je Analýza souvztažností, která byla aplikována do těla samotného metodického postupu.

At present there are greater requirements to ensure a comprehensive security in the organization to be in accordance with the statutory legislation and internal guidelines. The control of all measures must be enabled. It covers ensuring the complex safety so that the top management employees who have no specialized knowledge of the various areas of a security are able to check the work of their (subordinate) workers and thus protect not only their health and life but also the possession of the parent organization and ensure the profit. The dissertation deals with a methodological procedure to ensure safety of the organization from the perspective of external and internal factors (risks) of the different areas affecting the organization. All organizations deal with the risk analysis resulting from the processes in the organization, whether through a professionally qualified person to perform the tasks in risk prevention, or a person with a good knowledge of the issue. Other risks that do not arise from the processes in the organization have not been solved yet. The Correlations Analysis, which had been applied to this methodology, has become a base for this dissertation.
