Výzkum možností znovu zprovoznění opuštěných lomů v České republice

Abstract

Předmětem a cílem disertační práce je výzkum možností znovu zprovoznění opuštěných lomů v České republice. V této práci je charakteristika legislativního postupu při zprovoznění ložiska, jak pro výhradní, tak i pro nevýhradní ložisko. Následuje zhodnocení opuštěných ložiskem v České republice a poté je tento výzkum zaměřen na konkrétní tři ložiska. Hlavní části práce je výzkum možností znovu zprovoznění vybraných ložisek. U každého ložiska jsou uvedeny jeho základní charakteristiky a poté důvody jejich zajištění. Následně jsou zde uvedeny určující kritéria pro znovu zprovoznění jednotlivých ložisek. Mezi tyto kritéria patří geologie a hydrogeologie ložiska, stav zásob, jejich jakostní a technologické parametry, báňsko – technické poměry a samozřejmě i střety zájmů. Poté je zde návrh způsobu dobývání každého ložiska, od otvírky, přes přípravu, k dobývání, dopravě až k ušlechťování. Na toto navazuje návrh na sanaci a rekultivaci každého ložiska. V závěru práce je zhodnocení tohoto výzkumu, zda vybrané ložiska je, po zhodnocení v této práci, možnost znovu zprovoznit a vytěžit zbývající zásoby suroviny.

Object and purpose of the dissertation is to research the possibility of reopening the abandoned quarries in the Czech Republic. In this work it is characteristic of the legislative procedure for the commissioning of bearings, for exclusive deposit and for nonexclusive bearing. Following evaluation abandoned bearing in the Czech Republic and then the research is focused on three specific bearing. The main part of the thesis is to research the possibility of the re-selected bearings. For each deposit are given its basic characteristics and then the reasons for their ensuring. Subsequently here in defining criteria for the re-opening of the individual bearings. These criteria include the geology and hydrogeology deposits, stocks, their quality and technological parameters, mining - technical conditions and of course conflicts of interest. Then there is a proposal to conquest each bearing, from the opening, through training, to expraction, transport to upgrading. This proposal builds on proposal of remediation and reclamation of each bearing. In conclusion, the evaluation of this research whether the selected bearing, after a review of this work, to work again and extract any remaining stocks of raw materials.
