Diplomová práce „Škola designu s výstavním centrem v Litomyšli“ se zabývá návrhem novostavby, doplňující stávající objekt barokní sýpky v Litomyšli, v areálu bývalého Pernštýnského dvora. Projekt vychází z předchozí urbanisticko-architektonické studie v rámci předmětu ateliér architektury III. V diplomové práci je tento projekt řešen jako studie objektu dle zadání diplomové práce. Jako detail bylo řešeno napojení střechy na fasádu a napojení fasády u soklu. Dále je řešen interiér haly školy. Cílem práce bylo začlenění novostavby do území tak, aby svým pojetím doplňovala stávající barokní sýpku, jež reprezentuje řešený areál. Do sýpky je vložena nová funkce – výstavní prostory. Koncepce území vychází z původního tvaru dvora, který byl narušen nově vybudovanou komunikací I35.

Diploma thesis „School of design with exhibit center in Litomyšl“ deals with a concept of a new building which is extending current facility of Baroque granary in Litomyšl, in the complex of prior Pernštýn courtyard. This project is based on prior urban-architectonic concept concerned during classes of Atelier Architecture III. In this thesis is the project handled as a study of the building according to the diploma thesis guidelines. As a detail was concerned the connection of the roof to the frontage and the connection of the frontage to the socle. Further is concerned the interior of the school hall. The aim of the thesis is a territorial integration of a new building so the concept would complement current Baroque granary which represents the concerned complex. Into the granary is implemented a new utilization – exhibition place. The territorial concept is based on the prior shape of the courtyard, which was disturbed by newly built road I35.
