Perštýnský areál s malým pivovarem, pivním wellness, ubytováním a restaurací v Litomyšli

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh řešení areálu perštýnského dvora ve městě Litomyšl. Součástí diplomové práce je rekonverze stávající památkově chráněné budovy barokní sýpky, a také rekonstrukce okolních budov a výstavba budov nových, potřebných pro chod malého pivovaru, pivního wellness, ubytování a restaurace pro návštěvníky. Řešení celého areálu bude mít vliv na okolní pozemní komunikace, zpevněné plochy a terénní úpravy v areálu a jeho přilehlém okolí. V návaznosti na areál se nachází řeka Loučná, jejíž úprava břehu bude součástí návrhu.

The focus of the thesis is the design of Perstyn Area in Litomysl. One part of the thesis is a reconversion of the existing protected baroque granary, a reconstruction of the surrounding buildings and also a construction of new buildings needed in order to run a small brewery, a beer spa, various accommodation possibilities and a restaurant for visitors. Rearranging the entire complex would have an impact on the surrounding infrastructure, paved areas and the whole landscaping of the complex. Adjustment of the nearby Loucna riverside would be a part of the solution and the design.
