Městský dům v proluce

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonického a stavebního návrhu městského domu, který se nachází v oblasti zvané Moravská Ostrava. Dům je navržen v proluce novostaveb, jako městský dům s vybavenosti centrálního charakteru a bezbariérovým přístupem. Jedná se o pětipatrovou nepodsklepenou stavbu, určenou primárně pro bydlení a podnikatelskou činnost. Práce obsahuje textovou část, která se zabývá zpracováním dokumentace pro provedení stavby týkající se architektonického a stavebního řešení domu. Textová část je doplněna o výkresovou část, kde jsou zhotoveny výkresy podle požadavků a zadání bakalářské práce.

The object of bachelor thesis is the creation of architectural and construction proposal townhouse, located in an area called the Moravian Ostrava. The house is designed in a vacant lot of new buildings, as townhouse central character facilities and wheelchair access. It is a five-story building without a basement, intended primarily for housing and business. The thesis contains a text part, which deals with processing documentation for construction with architectural and structural design of the building. The text part is supplemented by drawings of which are made according to requirements and drawings bachelor thesis.
