| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit návrh dokumentů pro metodiku školení pracovníků k bezpečnému používání stavebních strojů na staveništích a pozemních komunikací zaměřenou na skupinu nakládacích a vykládacích strojů. Autor rovněž vysvětluje způsob získávání kvalifikace pro obsluhu stavebních strojů podle současné legislativy a předkládá rozbor příčin pracovních úrazů v souvislosti s používáním stavebních strojů. Autor ve své práci předkládá návrh dokumentu, určeného pro školení a přezkušování osob k bezpečnému používání stavebních strojů včetně základních informací, které by měly být rovněž uvedeny v bezpečném pracovním postupu. | cs |

The author explains the way of getting qualificatied for operating the building machines according to the current relevant laws. Furthermore, the author presents the analysis of work accidents causes related to using building machines. According to this, the author presents the document suggested for staff training and staff examining in the field of safe operating the building machines, including basic relevant information contained in the safe working instructions. | en |
