Analýza a návrh označení hasičů při zásahu

Abstract

Tato práce řeší označování hasičů při zásahu u mimořádné události. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout nový způsob označení hasičů při zásahu, a to na základě analýzy historického vývoje označování zasahujících hasičů, systémů jejich označení ve vybraných zemích světa a také stávajícího systému označení v České republice. Na základě podrobných výsledků těchto analýz byl poté navržen detailní systém označování prakticky všech možných funkcí zasahujících hasičů. Navržený systém oproti současnému stavu zpřehledňuje téměř všechny oblasti označování hasičů při zásahu. Tento návrh se zabývá také funkcemi hasičů, jejichž značení není v současnosti řešeno vůbec. Vše je vytvořeno převážně propracovaným principem odlišení pomocí několika základních a doplňkových barev a také pomocí přehledných textů. Vše je umístěno zpravidla na co nejviditelnějších místech na zásahových oděvech, přilbách a vestách hasičů. Navrhovaná řešení nyní umožňují odbornou diskuzi, na základě které by mohlo dojít ke změně aktuálně platných předpisů týkajících se dané oblasti. Poté by mohlo následovat uvedení alespoň části navržených způsobů označování hasičů při zásahu do praxe.

This bachelor thesis deals with the firefighter markings during an intervention in an extraordinary situation. The aim of this thesis was to propose a new system of the firefighter markings during an intervention, based on the analysis of the historical development of the intervened firefighters, on marking systems in selected countries in the world and also current marking system in the Czech Republic. Based on the detailed results of these analysis the precise system of the marking practically of all functions of the intervened firefighters was proposed. The proposed system specifies almost all areas of the firefighter markings during an intervention against the existing system. This suggestion focuses also on the marking of firefighter functions which isn't currently solved at all. All this is created mostly by elaborate principle of diversity using several basic and additional colours and also by using summarised texts. Everything is located usually on the most visible places of the intervention clothes, helmets and firefighter vests. The proposed solution now permits a professional discussion, this discussion could lead to the change of the currently valid regulations related to the given area. Thereafter an initiation to practise at least of a part of the proposed modes of the firefighter markings during an intervention could follow.
