It describes the development of technical standards with this content in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and rates their benefits towards the safety of the building. Popisuje vývoj technických predpisov s týmto obsahom v Českej republike a na Slovensku a hodnotí ich prínos vzhľadom na bezpečnosť objektu. Na konkrétnom projekte porovná rozdiely v riešení zmeny stavby podľa týchto predpisov. V záverečnej časti práca navrhne konkrétne zmeny a doplnenia technických predpisov. | cs |
