Technická specifikace kontejnerů pro jejich přepravu v nepřístupných podmínkách, včetně možného využití přepravy v podvěsu vrtulníku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou současné absence využití přepravy požárních kontejnerů jednotkami požární ochrany za využití více druhů dopravy a dále zjišťuje, zda je tato problematika legislativně a normativně řešena. Ověřuje se vhodnost druhů dopravy pro přepravu sil a prostředků z místa dislokace jednotky požární ochrany k místu mimořádné události, a to především v závislosti na vzdálenosti a potřebě využití patřičné infrastruktury. Dále je řešena koncepce konstrukce vybraných kontejnerů pro jejich možný transport v podvěsu vrtulníku. V závěru práce jsou stanoveny požadavky na tvorbu metodických postupů při nasazení vrtulníku pro transport požární techniky.

The diploma thesis deals with issue of the present lack of using multimodal transport for fire containers transportation by fire protection units. The thesis also determines whether there are some legislative and normative requirements in this issue. The diploma thesis verifies the suitability of transport modes for transportation of forces and equipment from the place of fire brigade dislocation to place of incident, especially according to the distance and the need to use the appropriate transport infrastructure. There si also designed the construction concept of selected containers for their possible transport by helicopter. In conclusion there are determined requirements for establishing methodical procedures for usage of helicopter to transport firefighting equipment.
