Ekonomické hodnocení efektivnosti investic ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je ekonomické hodnocení efektivnosti investic ve vybraném podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení tří daných variant investic pomocí vybraných metod efektivnosti investic a výběr nejvhodnější varianty pro podnik. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje investice, financování investic, rozhodování, plánování a rozdělení metod hodnocení investic. Praktická část charakterizuje tři vybrané investice v podniku a výpočty jednotlivých metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. V závěru práce je vyhodnocení výsledků.

The subject of this thesis is the economic evaluation of investment efficiency in a chosen company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluace three variants of the investment using selected investment efficiency methods and selecting the best option for the company. The work is divided into two parts: a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes and defines investment, financial investment, making decisions and distribution of investment efficiency methods. The practical part focuses on three selected investments and calculations of particular investment efficiency methods. In the summary, the results are presented.
