Alegorie pýchy

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je ztvárnění jednoho ze sedmi smrtelných hříchů - Pýchy, formou uměleckého odlitku. Celá práce je členěna na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje rozbor sedmi hlavních hříchů, největší důraz je kladen na Pýchu, které je celá tato práce věnována. V dalších úsecích teoretické části je shrnut historický vývoj ztvárnění Pýchy v různých druzích umění, jako je malířství, grafika, sochařství a literatura. Druhá, praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje popis realizace mosazného sousoší. Popis samotné realizace zahrnuje kresebný návrh, výrobu modelu, výrobu forem, samotné lití, finální úpravy a konečný vzhled odlitku.

The aim of the thesis is the portrayal of one of the seven deadly sins-Pride, in the form of artistic casting. The entire work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the work includes analysis of seven major sins, the greatest emphasis is put on the pride, which is devoted to this work. In other sections of the theoretical part is summarised the historical development of the portrayal of Pride in different kinds of art, such as painting, graphics, sculpture, and literature. Second, the practical part of the thesis contains a description of the implementation of the sculpture of brass. Description of the implementation includes drawing the design, manufacture, model, production of moulds, the casting, the final edit and the final appearance of the casting.
