Racionalizace technologie výroby ocelových odlitků

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit funkčnost a následné srovnání nálitkových nástavců dvou různých dodavatelů. Prvním dodavatelem byla firma FOSECO dodávající nálitkové nástavce pro standardní technologii výroby. Druhým dodavatelem byla firma ASK Chemicals, která dodala na každý odlitek jednu sadu svých nálitkových nástavců. Srovnání probíhalo z pohledu zajištění jakosti odlitků, úspory tekutého kovu a hodnocení reserv nálitků po odlití. Během experimentu byly porovnány váhy nálitků jednotlivých dodavatelů, velikosti reserv nálitků a v neposlední řadě byly odlitky podrobeny nedestruktivní zkoušce ultrazvukem, podle které se zjišťovala zdravost odlitku pod nálitky.

The purpose of this study was to determine the functionality and the subsequent comparison of feeder head of two different suppliers. The first supplier Foseco is supplying the feeder head to commonly technology of production. Second supplier ASK Chemicals supplied the feeder head extension sets for each feeder head insert. The comparison was carried out from the viewpoint of ensuring the casting quality, consumption of, the liquid metal and evaluation reserves in feeder head after casting. During the experiment the weight of feeder heads of individual suppliers was compared, the size of the reserves of feeder heads and finally, castings were subjected to a non-destructive test, under which examined the quality of the castings under the feeder heads.
