| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ověření možnosti stanovení tloušťky niklové vrstvy pomocí GDOES.
V teoretické části jsou popsány chemické a galvanické niklové povlaky, optický emisní spektrometr s doutnavým výbojem (GDOES) a optický mikroskop.
V praktické části je uvedeno chemické složení obou vzorků stanovené na GDOES, tloušťka niklového povlaku byla pozorována na optickém mikroskopu Olympus IX70.
Cílem této práce je ověření možnosti stanovení tloušťky niklového povlaku pomocí GDOES. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor thesis is focused on the verification of the determination of the thickness of the nickel layer using GDOES.
In the theoretical part there are described galvanic and chemical nickel coatings, glow discharge optical emission spectrometry (GDOES) and optical microscope.
In the practical part there is introduced chemical compositions of both samples determined on GDOES, thickness of nickel coating was observed by optical microscope Olympus IX70.
The objective of this work is to verify the possibility of determining the thickness of the nickel using GDOES. | en |
