Verifikace frézovacího centra DMU 50 v CAM systému Mastercam

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Verifikaci frézovacího centra DMU 50 v CAM systému Mastercam. V teoretické části se práce zabývá charakteristikou CAM systému a základními pojmy spojené se systémem CAM. Praktická část je zaměřena na úpravu poskytnutého modelu frézovacího centra DMU 50 v CAD systému a zavedením modelu frézovacího centra do prostředí Mastercam. V další části je uveden návod na vytvoření simulace frézovacího centra, postup vkládání centrálního upínače CU T 77 a obrobku. V poslední části je uveden program na poskytnuté součásti a následná verifikace a simulace stroje.

The bachelor thesis is focused on verification of a milling centre DMU 50 in CAM system called Mastercam. The theoretic part of thesis is about CAM system and about basic concepts related to CAM systems. Practical part is focused on modification of the provided model of milling centre DMU 50 in CAD system and on installation of the milling centre to the environment of Mastercam. In the next part, there are installation of the milling centre simulation, for a setup and procedure of inserting the central fixture CU T 77 and a workpiece in to the machine. In the last part, there is a program for provided parts and a following verification and simulation of machine behaviour.
