Racionalizace technologického postupu výroby rozvlákňovací hlavy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem nové technologie výroby rozvlákňovací hlavy. V první části práce je popsáno rozdělení nástrojových materiálů a jejich vlastností. Druhá část se zaměřuje na danou problematiku. Je zde zahrnuta původní technologie výroby, použité řezné materiály a využité obráběcí stroje s následným uvedením návrhu nového řezného materiálu pro výrobu součásti. Konečným výsledkem je technicko - ekonomické zhodnocení obou technologií - obou řezných materiálů.

The bachelor thesis deals at the on desining of new technology of production of spinning head. The first part of the thesis deals with dividing the tool materials and their features. The second part focuses on the issue itself. In this part, there is described the original production technology, used cutting materials and machine tools, with followed by the design of a new cutting material for production of components is then designed. The final result is a technical - economic evaluation of the both technologies and both cutting materials.
