Rekonstrukce zvedacího stolu orchestřiště

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rekonstrukce zvedacího stolu orchestřiště ve Filharmonii Hradec Králové o.p.s. Zvedací stůl slouží k dopravě zařízení na pochozí plochu jeviště. Řešení je provedeno v souladu s normou pro jevištní technologická zařízení. V první části práce řeší vyhodnocení opotřebení součástí pohonu stolu a možné technické řešení rekonstrukce. Druhá část je zaměřena na konstrukční návrh jednotlivých součástí. Ten je doplněn pevnostními výpočty a kontrolou metodou konečných prvků. Výsledkem práce je cenově nenáročné řešení. Zahrnuje uchycení jednotlivých konstrukčních prvků zdvižných převodovek a lineárního vedení. Součásti práce je výkresová dokumentace jednotlivých konstrukčních uzlů.

This thesis describes the design of reconstruction of lift table orchestra in Hradec Králové Philharmonic o.p.s. Lifting table used to transport equipment to the walking surface stage. The solution is carried out in accordance with the standard for stage technology equipment. The first part addresses the evaluation of wear on the drive components table and possible technical solutions reconstruction. The second part focuses on the engineering design of individual components. This is supplemented by strength calculations and control of the finite element method. The result is a cost-effective solution. It includes mounting individual structural elements of lifting gear and linear guides. The thesis includes drawings of each structural nodes.
