Chrám chmele a piva – Žatec

Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je zábavně-turistický komplex Chrám chmele a piva v městě Žatec, který byl v městě vybudován na základě chmelařské historie. Práci lze rozdělit na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. První kapitola - Historie Žatecka se zabývá osídlením Žatecka, historií města, historií chmelařství a pivovarství. V druhé kapitole – Charakteristika regionu, v které jsou zahrnuty klimatické podmínky, pedologie a vodstvo. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje, proč je Žatecká oblast vhodná pro pěstování chmele. Třetí kapitola – Chrám chmele a piva, seznamuje s hlavním turistickým komplexem města Žatec a historií zrekonstruovaných budov. Praktická část – pátá kapitola je vytvořena na základě dotazníkového šetření, které zjišťuje spokojenost turistů s Chrámem chmele a piva.

Subject matter of this bachelor’s thesis is entertainment – touristic complex Hop and Beer Temple in Žatec, which was built in the city on grounds of hop picking history. The thesis can be divided into two parts – historical and practical. First chapter is about history of Žatec and engages in habitation of Žatec region, history of the city, hop picking and brewing history. In the second chapter – Region characteristics – there are described climatic conditions, soil science and waters. Second chapter explains why the Žatec region is an area suitable for planting hops. Third chapter – Hop and Beer Temple – introduces main touristic complex of the city of Žatec and the history of reconstructed buildings. Practical part – fifth chapter – is based on questionnaires which investigate tourist satisfaction with Hop and Beer Temple.
