Návrh modernizace stacionární linky v kamenolomu Výkleky

Abstract

Cílem moji bakalářské práce je návrh modernizace stacionární linky v kamenolomu Výkleky. Tato bakalářská práce popisuje historii lomu, charakteristiku ložiska, technologii dobývání, dopravy, současný stav výrobní linky a samozřejmě samotný návrh modernizace. Návrh modernizace stacionární linky v kamenolomu Výkleky se týká úpravy technologie zpracování kameniva po primárním stupni drcení, konkrétně výroba nové frakce 100/300 Z. Tento materiál je na českém trhu velmi žádaný z hlediska stavebních společností, ale i soukromých osob, které vyhledávají upravený kámen tohoto typu. Zvolené téma se tedy týká navržení produkce nového materiálu v provozovně Výkleky, která má velký předpoklad prodeje tohoto výrobku na českém trhu. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému technologicko-ekonomickému zhodnocení, bezpečnostnímu přínosu navrhovaného řešení a prodeji samotného výrobku.

The aim of my thesis work is the modernization of fixed lines in the quarry Výkleky. This thesis describes the history of the quarry, bearing characteristics, technology, mining, transport, the current status of the production line, and of course, the modernization proposal. Proposal for modernization of fixed lines in the quarry Výkleky concerns processing technology aggregates after primary crushing stage, namely the production of a new faction 100/300 Z. This material is on the Czech market very desirable in terms of building companies and also private individuals who seek finished stone of type. The chosen topic thus relates to the design of the production of new material in the establishment Výkleky which has a great premise sales of this product to the Czech market. The conclusion is devoted to overall techno-economic evaluation, the security benefit of the proposed solution, and sales of the product itself.
